What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the form on this site:
- Your name and your phone number or email
- Whether you own your home
- Your average monthly electric bill, if you enter it
- A photo of your PG&E bill, if you upload one
- Any note you write
- The name of the MADE. representative who gave you this link, if it was in the link
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about your request, to prepare your bill review, and to keep a record of your request. We do not sell your information.
Your bill photo
A bill can show your name, address, and account number. You can cover your account number before you upload. We ask only for what we need to review your usage and rate plan. Please do not send your PG&E online password to anyone.
The calculator
The bill calculator runs on your own device. The number you type is not sent to us unless you also enter it in the form and submit it.
Who handles it
The MADE. team handling your request can see what you send. Our website host, Netlify, processes form submissions on our behalf. This site also loads a font from Google Fonts, which may record that your device visited.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have collected, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the form on the main page and say what you would like us to do. California residents have additional rights under California law, and we will honor them.

When you submit the form, you agree that MADE. may contact you by call, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.
